£65 per night (equivalent to £32.50 per person)
Double room with shower en suite
From £55-£60 per night (equivalent to £27.50-£30 per person)
Twin/double room with shower en suite
£60 per night (equivalent to £30 per person)
For those wishing to stay 2 nights or more, then deduct £5 per night off any of the prices listed above November to February inclusive (with exception of December Grassington Dickensian weekends)

Terms when booking;
- £10 per night deposit; cheque made payable to “Warren House B&B” and sent to the address above
- Balance payable on departure (please note we do not accept credit cards)
Refunds;
- If cancelled more than 7 days prior to booked arrival date:
A full refund of the deposit will be returned immediately. - If cancelled within 7 days of booked arrival date:
50% of the deposit will be returned immediately.
If we receive a replacement booking we will gladly refund any deposit owing. - If cancelled within 3 days of booked arrival date:
No refund of deposit will be eligible. If however we receive a replacement booking we will gladly refund any further deposit owing.
